Abrish Hotel Apartment Kampala Terms & Conditions
All rates are quoted per apartment, per night and are subject to availability.
Rates are subject to change without prior notice during peak periods or special events.
Complimentary breakfast is provided on the first night only; additional breakfasts are chargeable.
Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs, and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.
A valid government-issued ID or passport is required at check-in.
Full or partial prepayment may be required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay.
The maximum number of occupants per apartment must not be exceeded. Extra persons may attract additional charges.
The hotel reserves the right to charge for any damages or missing items during the stay.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. Designated smoking areas are available.
Long-Stay / Serviced Apartment Terms (7 Nights & Above):
Guests staying for 7 nights or more qualify as long-stay guests and will be accommodated under serviced apartment terms.
a) Housekeeping services will be provided twice per week. Daily housekeeping is available upon request at an additional charge.
b) Bed linen and towel changes will be conducted twice weekly. Extra changes are available at an additional cost.
c) Complimentary breakfast applies only on the first night of the stay unless otherwise agreed in writing.
d) Laundry services are available at an additional charge as per the hotel laundry price list.
e) Utility usage (water, electricity, and Wi-Fi) is included under normal residential use. Excessive or commercial usage may attract additional charges.
f) Long-stay reservations require a minimum advance payment as agreed with management. Monthly stays may require a security deposit, refundable upon checkout subject to inspection.
g) Early termination of a long-stay booking requires at least 7 days’ written notice. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of part or all of the deposit.
h) Guests are expected to maintain the apartment in a clean and orderly condition throughout the stay.
i) Any personal modifications, subletting, or hosting of unregistered guests is strictly prohibited without written approval from management.
